1. Usage
By licensing a beat from iamleezy.com you agree to these terms. Beats remain the intellectual property of the producer; a lease grants the scope described in your tier, while an exclusive transfers the agreed rights in writing.
You may not resell or redistribute a beat as a standalone product. Producer tags, where included in a lease, must remain in the released track unless a tag-free tier was purchased.
2. Publishing & ZAIKS
On lease tiers, the producer retains a 50% songwriter (publishing) share and must be credited as a co-writer and registered with the relevant collection society.

3. License tiers
WAV Lease — Non-exclusive · MP3 + WAV
- Delivered as untagged MP3 + WAV.
- Up to 500,000 streams per platform — upgrade to Unlimited past the cap.
- Unlimited live performances and radio play.
- Publishing: producer keeps 50% of the songwriter share (ZAIKS).
- Non-exclusive — the beat stays available to others.
WAV Lease + Stems — Non-exclusive · WAV + trackouts
- Delivered as MP3 + WAV + full track stems / trackouts.
- Up to 500,000 streams per platform — upgrade to Unlimited past the cap.
- Unlimited live performances and radio play.
- Publishing: producer keeps 50% of the songwriter share (ZAIKS).
- Non-exclusive — the beat stays available to others.
Unlimited Lease — Non-exclusive · no stream cap
- Delivered as MP3 + WAV + full track stems / trackouts.
- No streaming cap — unlimited streams, sales and video.
- Unlimited live performances and radio play.
- Publishing: producer keeps 50% of the songwriter share (ZAIKS).
- Non-exclusive — the beat stays available to others.
Exclusive — Full exclusivity · negotiated
- Delivered as MP3 + WAV + all stems and project files.
- No usage caps — unlimited streams, sales and performances.
- Full exclusivity — the beat is removed from the store after purchase.
- Ownership, royalty splits and buy-out agreed privately, case by case.

4. No-refund policy
All sales are final. Beats, licenses and digital deliverables are non-returnable digital goods delivered instantly. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or chargebacks once a purchase is completed or files are accessed.
Review the tier, BPM, key and preview carefully before purchasing. For service work, revisions follow the package you select and are not a substitute for a refund. A chargeback on a delivered digital product is a breach of these terms and may revoke the granted license.
Services exception. The only case in which a refund is issued is for a service order (e.g. mixing) where the material you submit does not meet the requirements and guidelines listed on our Services page. In that situation we may decline to carry out the work and refund the order in full. Outside of this single case, no refunds are given.
